Today there are many versions of diets that are used by many people like the low calorie diet, low fat diet and low carb diet. But the thing is that these types are now old fashioned and do not achieve a big noticeable fat loss in a short time. You should starve yourself so that you could lose weight and this is not till new techniques have been found for fast safe fat loss.

Most of these diet techniques are well known so i will be giving a brief hint about them in case you are a newbie in diets and also i will be talking about this new technique that has been used by Fat Loss 4 Idiots called Calorie Shifting Diet. This type of diet I am going to introduce too since it is new and has many features and not many know about it.

I do not need to talk about low calorie diet which is the most famous diet in the recent time, but anyway it is a diet that limits the amount of calories entering your body. There are several levels of calories limitation from 1500 to 800 calories per day. This type of diet is good but it needs motivation and strong personality to resist food since you will not be eating as much as you were or even as delicious too.

Low fat diet made a big success long time ago and this diet makes you eat food that has low fat. But this diet did not stay, since it was found out that people started to get sick and this is because the low fat diet prevented important vitamins that are in the fats only which are A, D, E and K that prevent human disease. It is now no longer used because there are better and safer diets.

With Low carb diet or Low Carbohydrate diet it is going to limit the carbohydrates that are in the food to make you consume from20 to 60 gram per day but there is a price which is when you decrease the carbohydrates in the food, the fat and protein increase and this will not be the perfect diet.

The Calorie Shifting Diet is the newest and the best it is a new type of diet that works on anybody and you get to lose weight fast. Well if your body expects to have 2000 calories per day then it is adapted to burn a certain amount but when you are on diet with this technique you will be tricking your body and shifting calories in a way that it will think that there are many calories entering your body so it will burn more calories than the usual and this is the secret behind it.

In Conclusion, There are many diets out there and you have to pick one that suits you but as a recommendation it is better to start with Calorie Shifting diet since it has no side effects and has the ability to make you lose weight fast.
