I am going to try and help you and make it easier for you to get going. Here are some tips for the beginner that will help you get the most out of your experience in the runners world.

The first step you should take is to get some jogging shoes. Running shoes are designed for the runner and to take the stress and impact from running. By having the proper running shoes you will greatly reduce the chances of injury.

Before you go out jogging I highly recommend that you are properly hydrated. Hydration starts the day before. If you are drinking at least 60 ounces of water a day then you should be in good shape.

The best way to increase recovery speed and to avoid injury is to stretch all of your leg muscles. It is best to do this before your runs, and more importantly right after you are done jogging.

Find a place for you to jog. I would not recommend starting on treadmills as they can put extra stress on your joints that you do not need. I would try and find a trail or a nice path to jog along. If their is a park near your home that would be a good place to start.

Start off slow. If you are just beginning jogging you may want to start with only 1 mile. Keep a slow pace and you can gradually increase your speed as you get more in shape.

For the beginner I would jog 2-3 times a week, keeping it between 1-2 miles. The fourth week I would take off completely to give your legs plenty of time to heal. Then the 5th week you could increase the distance you run to something more comfortable.

Consistency is the key. It will not hurt to take a week off though here and there to ensure all of your muscles recover, especially if you get shin splints, which are a runners nightmare. Set a goal to eventually get up to 4-5 miles when you are going for your routine jogs.

By following these tips you should be on your way to becoming an excellent jogger or runner. You will also start to get into great shape and boost your endurance far more than you could have ever imagined. Remember the shoes, stretch, stay hydrated, and do not eat before you jog.

Anyone who works out is going to be asked sooner or later, “How much do you bench”. It’s unavoidable. The bench press is the measure of manliness and strength. If you are looking to boost your bench you should follow these Top Five Bench Boosting Tips. Using these tips you will build massive muscle and strength. Read on to learn how to truly master the King of all exercises.

The Warm Up. Just like any athlete before a big game you need to warm up by stretching the whole body. This improves flexibility and prevents injury. Proper stretching can also give your muscles more room to grow. When lifting take time to stretch your shoulders and chest. The best lifters will stretch through out their entire work out. After stretching do some warm up reps with light weight. Get your muscles warmed up before trying to max.

Maintain Five Contact Points. If you maintain more points of contact you will have extra power. Five points to focus on are the head, back, shoulders, buttocks and feet on the ground. By keeping these contact points strong you will increase stability and reduce the risk of injury. For extra power focus on pushing down at each point.

Holding the Bar. After years of hard training I finally discovered a guarded tip of top lifters. Hold the bar in lockout for 1-2 seconds. This simple move will help you develop more strength. Consistently holding the bar in the lockout position will help prepare you for lifting heavier weights.

Negatives. Performing slow negatives is a very effective way to boost your bench press strength. A negative is done with a weight you could comfortably rep 10 to 12 times. You lower the bar at a steady 10 count then explode the back back up as fast as possible. This will help you push your chest and triceps even harder. The negative is a favorite among some the world’s most famous strongmen.

Triceps Training. Don’t be so concentrated on your chest that you ignore the rest of your body. The triceps are heavily involved in bench pressing. To move up in weight you are going to need to increase the size and power of your triceps. The stronger your triceps the more you will be able to bench. Don’t let your bench plateau because you don’t spend enough time training your triceps.

Use these five tips to master the King of All Lifts, the bench press. These simple things will make a huge difference in the amount of weight you are able bench.

If there was an easy way for you to increase your height, you would turn flips to have this opportunity wouldn’t you? But, growing taller is something that many people have accomplished all over the world…despite being past their normal growing years.

Recent studies have disproved the fact that men and women cannot grow any taller after they react a certain predetermined point. Fitness experts have developed a set of proven exercises, which can work for you no matter what your age.

Just imagine how improved life might be without the stigma of being shorter! Just a few more inches added to a person’s height really can mean all the difference.

But you’re not naive, and you wisely want to know what exactly these exercises are and if they’re hard to do and whether they’ll really work.

These exercises are actually no harder than those done by school children in their Physical Ed. classes. They’re really just a set of stretching exercises designed to trigger the body’s growth mechanism back to its younger days.

Anyone, barring any physical disabilities, can safely perform these exercises on their own, without any special equipment. Not only that, results can be seen as soon as only a few weeks.

This stretching method functions by enhancing the pituitary glands in your brain and it makes more human growth hormone (abbreviated HGH) in your body. This causes a normal response to make the ends of your bones and cartilage thicker which consequently makes them a few inches longer.

Exercises can also help to correct posture. Not only good in itself, but this also helps with adding additional height by keeping the back bone properly aligned. If you think about it, little increases can really add up. You can safely and easily gain at least two inches to your height; all with a safe and effective method.
